1. Venue Name Page

  • What You’ll See: A single input field requesting the name of your venue.
  • Why It’s Important: The name here will be the “public-facing” name customers see in the app.
  • How to Complete:
    1. Tap into the input field.
    2. Type your venue name (for example, McGillycuddy’s Pub).
    3. Press NEXT to proceed.

Tips:

  • Avoid special characters if you can.
  • Keep it short and memorable.

2. Venue Location Page

  • What You’ll See:
    • Address form fields: Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, and Postcode.
    • A map with a draggable marker.
  • Permissions: The app will ask for location permissions to auto-detect your current position.
  • How to Complete:
    1. Fill in your address details or let the app pre-fill them if you grant location permissions.
    2. Drag the map marker to the precise location of your venue (the marker is draggable within a 150m radius of your detected location).
    3. Press NEXT to proceed.

Tips:

  • If the address auto-populates incorrectly, manually edit the fields.
  • Ensure the pin is placed exactly where your venue is located.

3. Venue Details Page

  • What You’ll See:
    • A dropdown or modal to select your Venue Type (e.g., Pub, Bar, Club, Restaurant, etc.).
    • Opening Times section with daily open/close times.
  • Venue Type:
    • Tap the dropdown to pick your type.
    • If you need more specific types, expand the list by choosing Other and you’ll see additional options.
  • Opening Times:
    • Each day has an Open and Close time, or you can mark it as Closed.
    • Tapping on “Set Open Time” or “Set Close Time” brings up a time picker.
  • How to Complete:
    • Choose your venue type from the modal.
    • Expand the day to set open and close times.
    • Days can be marked as closed if you don’t open on those days.
  • NEXT:
    • When all days have valid open/close times (or are marked closed) and you’ve chosen a venue type, press NEXT.

Tips:

  • Double-check your open/close times; these are crucial for accurate public display.
  • “Close” time should be set after the “Open” time for each day.

4. Venue Account Page

  • What You’ll See:
    • Inputs for your email and password.
    • A checkbox to agree to the Privacy Policy.
  • How to Complete:
    1. Enter an Email (we’ll validate to ensure it’s a proper email format).
    2. Create a Password (must be at least 6 characters).
    3. Check the box to agree to our Privacy Policy.
    4. Tap SUBMIT to finalize your registration.
  • What Happens Next:
    • On successful registration, you’ll see “Sign up success” and be redirected to the login screen.

5. Verify Your Email
